Applications accepted September 1 – November 15. There is a $10 non-refundable application fee to be paid via PayPal at time of application. Once paid, PayPal will redirect you to our online application. If for any reason you are not redirected, please email us.

Accepted vendors will receive an acceptance email & PayPal invoice on Sunday, November 29. Accepted vendors will have SEVEN DAYS to submit the total booth fee & cost of rented tables & chairs, if applicable. If the full balance is not paid in full by 11:59pm CST, Sunday, December 6, their reserved space will be forfeited and offered to the next vendor on the waiting list.

Once you have been selected to participate in the Funky Finds Spring Fling, refunds will not be issued for any reason.

This event showcases artisans that create handmade items. No mass-produced goods are allowed. The only exceptions to the handmade rule are vintage supplies that buyers may use to create, but this is not a garage sale or flea market. Vendors in violation of this rule will be asked to pack up such items immediately.

Vendors must arrive on time to set up for the event and MAY NOT tear down early for any reason. This is unfair to fellow vendors, attendees & to the organizers.

Booth spaces are 10' x 10'. The spaces will be marked off and numbered when vendors arrive to setup. Division between booths is the vendor's responsibility.


Non-refundable Application Fee: $10.00
Single Booth Fee (10'x10' space - one vendor): $75.00
Single Shared Booth Fee (10'x10' space - two vendors): $125.00
Double Booth Fee (10' x 20' - one or two vendors): $175.00

If you would like to guarantee placement beside a specific vendor, please purchase a Double Booth. Fill out one application and include information for both vendors.

Raffle Item: It is mandatory for all participating vendors to donate a raffle item. Items will be combined into groups of 3 or 4 for the raffle. All proceeds will be donated to selected charities.

Check In: All participating vendors must check in at the designated area BEFORE unloading & setting up. At this time, vendors must also submit their raffle item. Please include a business card attached to your item.

Venue: The event will be held in the Small Exhibits Building, also known as the Poultry Barn, at the Will Rogers Memorial Center in Fort Worth, Texas. Please be advised that the building is not climate controlled. Vendors may bring personal fans & industrial fans will be placed around the venue.

Event booklet: All participating vendors will be listed, along with their website link, in the event booklet. Vendors can purchase additional ad space for a discounted rate.

Swag Bags: The first 50 attendees to purchase a minimum of $5 worth of raffle tickets will receive a swag bag. Vendors are encouraged to purchase charitable raffle tickets; however, they are not eligible to receive a swag bag.
