| Description: | From 3rd annual Texas Olive Festival Website: Texas Hill Country Olive Company is excited to present its 3rd Annual Texas Olive Festival from Thursday, May 28th to Sunday, May 31st, 2015 at the Texas Olive Store on Fitzhugh Rd., just a few miles from Dripping Springs proper in the scenic Texas Hill Country. We are changing our format for this year's festival. We plan to hold the festival over four consecutive days with special events featured throughout the day.
