A popular event, the Barbecue Cook Off, draws teams vying for title of overall Grand Champion and the opportunity to compete nationally.
Categories are appetizers, brisket, pork spare ribs, (no baby backs) chicken, sanctioned jackpot pinto beans ($10.00 extra fee) and Tasters Choice (Held Friday 6pm-9pm, winner will be announced Saturday during awards and will receive a cash prize).
