Apply for the 35th Annual Celebration of the Arts Festival, 1984-2018 Come back in time to the 1980's for a Total Eclipse of the Arts! May 18-20, 2018. COA will take place May 18-20, 2018 at Midland Tower, 223 W. Wall Street in downtown, Midland, Texas. COA is the longest running, annual event held in downtown Midland! COA has a strong reputation locally - community support year after year - draws out of town visitors. Fine Art is the centerpiece of the festival. COA hosts local entertainers; non-profit organizations; children's activities; regional writers, FUN food; and special events. Friday night, a Premier Party showcasing visual artists is an annual party for art lovers; Saturday & Sunday artists are the focal point of weekend with many family attractions.
