COA has a strong reputation locally - community support year after year - draws out of town visitors. Fine Art is the centerpiece of the festival. COA hosts local entertainers; non-profit organizations; children's activities; regional writers, FUN food; and special events. Friday night, a Premier Party showcasing visual artists is a special treat for art lovers; Saturday & Sunday, artists are the focal point of the weekend with many family attractions.
