Put together a team and enter the Texas Shootout BBQ Cook-off and compete for $15K in cash and prizes or ages kids 8-17 can enter the Kids' Q and compete for prizes! Compete against some of the top chefs in the BBQ world including Ernest Servantes of the Burnt Bean Company, winner of Food Network's Chopped, Ponderosa BBQ's Big Moe Cason of TLC's BBQ Pitmasters, and Junior Urias of Up in Smoke BBQ Pitmasters' Texas Champion. When the cookin' is done, taste some of the best BBQ around - benefiting "Be the Match Foundation".
Friday and Saturday will also feature Garden Tractor Pulls and an antique tractor show. Vendors will be on hand to serve up some great food and for some great shopping. Join us Saturday morning for a Fly-In and pilots breakfast before the big parade.
Friday night, enjoy live music with AJ Castillo and put on your boots and join us Saturday to dance to the music of Cory Morrow.
Thursday - Sunday, catch the Heart of America Carnival.
